You can ask QBIS to delete all or part of your data at any time, without giving a reason. QBIS is operated by QBIS Online Technology and Solutions Joint Stock Company (Công ty Cổ phần Công nghệ và Giải pháp Trực tuyến QBIS), Tax ID 0108445526. This page explains how to delete the data QBIS received from Facebook, as well as your QBIS account data.
Option 1: Remove the QBIS app on Facebook
- Log in to Facebook, click your profile picture → Settings & privacy → Settings.
- Open Apps and websites.
- Find QBIS and click Remove.
- Confirm. QBIS is notified by Facebook and automatically deletes the Facebook data linked to your account.
Option 2: Disconnect or delete inside QBIS
- Log in to QBIS and go to Settings → Integrations → Facebook.
- Click Disconnect on the Page you want removed. The Page access token is deleted immediately.
- To delete your whole account: Settings → Account → Delete account. This cannot be undone.
Option 3: Request by email
Email info@qbis.vn with the subject "Data deletion request: [your QBIS account email]" and name the Facebook Page or account to delete. We acknowledge receipt within 1 business day, complete the deletion within 5 business days, and then email you a confirmation that the data has been deleted.
What is deleted
- Facebook ID, name and profile picture of the admin who connected.
- IDs, names and pictures of connected Pages and Businesses; Page access tokens.
- Messenger conversation history, attachments, Page-scoped customer IDs (PSID), customer names and profile pictures.
- Synced Page details, posts, photos, videos and engagement metrics.
- Utility message templates and send history.
- Page webhook subscriptions (unsubscribed).
- On account deletion: all account data and business data.
Deletion timeline
- Page access tokens: deleted immediately on disconnect or app removal.
- Synced Facebook data and account data: deleted from production systems within 30 days.
- Backups: deleted within 90 days.
Data retained by law
Invoices and financial transaction records are kept for up to 5 years as required by Vietnamese accounting regulations. These records contain no message content or Facebook data.
