1. Introduction
QBIS.VN ("QBIS", "we") is a business-management SaaS platform for small and medium businesses in Vietnam, operated by QBIS Online Technology and Solutions Joint Stock Company (Công ty Cổ phần Công nghệ và Giải pháp Trực tuyến QBIS) (Tax ID 0108445526), 12 Nhan Hoa, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi. By registering for or using QBIS you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
Business owners, staff authorized by their business, and organizations. Users must be 18 or older, or have a legal guardian's consent.
3. Account registration and security
Provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and you are responsible for all activity in your account. Report unauthorized access to info@qbis.vn immediately.
4. Permitted use
You may use QBIS for your business's lawful operations, within your subscribed plan.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Sending spam, unsolicited promotional messages or unlawful content.
- Unauthorized data harvesting, impersonation, attacking or disrupting the system.
- Violating the policies of integrated third-party platforms (Facebook, Zalo, etc.).
- Using QBIS to process data you have no lawful right to process.
6. Facebook Page and Messenger integration
This feature lets a business connect its Facebook Page to receive and reply to Messenger conversations and send transactional updates from the QBIS inbox.
6.1. Connecting
A Page admin logs in with Facebook Login, selects a Page and grants: pages_show_list, business_management, pages_manage_metadata, pages_read_engagement, pages_messaging, pages_utility_messaging. The purpose of each permission is described in section 3 of our Privacy Policy. You must be an authorized admin of the Page you connect.
6.2. Your messaging responsibilities
- Comply with the Meta Platform Terms, Developer Policies, Messenger Platform policies and Meta Commerce Policies.
- Send free-form replies only within 24 hours of the customer's last message. Outside that window, send only approved utility templates or permitted message tags.
- Use utility messages only for transactional updates the customer requested or expects (order confirmations, delivery updates, appointment reminders), with no promotional content.
- Honor customers' requests to stop receiving messages.
6.3. Data use limits
Meta data is used only to serve customers of that Page. QBIS does not sell it, share it with third parties for commercial purposes, use it for ad targeting, or use it to train general-purpose AI models.
6.4. Disconnecting
Disconnect at any time in Settings → Integrations → Facebook → Disconnect, or remove the QBIS app in your Facebook settings. Data deletion after disconnecting follows our Data Deletion Instructions.
7. Fees and payment
Fees are billed monthly or annually and are non-refundable. Price changes are announced 30 days in advance. After a plan expires, data is kept for 90 days so you can renew or export it, then deleted.
8. Intellectual property and data ownership
The QBIS platform, software and brand belong to QBIS. Business data you enter remains yours; QBIS processes it only to provide the service.
9. Limitation of liability
QBIS targets 99% monthly availability. QBIS is not liable for outages caused by third-party platforms (including Meta) or force majeure, or for indirect losses.
10. Changes and termination
Changes to these Terms are announced 15 days in advance. QBIS may suspend or terminate accounts that breach section 5 or 6. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Disputes are first resolved through negotiation, failing which they go to a competent court in Vietnam.
