1. Chúng tôi là ai
QBIS.VN ("QBIS", "chúng tôi") là nền tảng phần mềm quản lý doanh nghiệp (SaaS) dành cho doanh nghiệp vừa và nhỏ tại Việt Nam, bao gồm các sản phẩm SPOS, STOUR, SSALE, HRM và tính năng chat đa kênh tích hợp Facebook Messenger. QBIS là bên kiểm soát dữ liệu đối với dữ liệu tài khoản, và là bên xử lý dữ liệu thay mặt doanh nghiệp khách hàng đối với dữ liệu kinh doanh mà khách hàng đưa vào hệ thống. Theo Luật Bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân, QBIS là bên kiểm soát và xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân đối với dữ liệu tài khoản, dữ liệu đăng ký dùng thử và dữ liệu kỹ thuật; đối với dữ liệu kinh doanh, doanh nghiệp khách hàng là bên kiểm soát, QBIS là bên xử lý theo hợp đồng.

2. Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập
2.1. Dữ liệu tài khoản
Họ tên, email, số điện thoại, tên và thông tin doanh nghiệp, mật khẩu (chỉ lưu dạng băm).
2.2. Dữ liệu kinh doanh do khách hàng nhập
Khách hàng, đơn hàng, hàng tồn kho, nhân viên và các dữ liệu nghiệp vụ khác mà doanh nghiệp đưa vào QBIS.
2.3. Dữ liệu kỹ thuật
Địa chỉ IP, loại trình duyệt, thiết bị, trang đã xem và nhật ký truy cập phục vụ bảo mật.
2.4. Dữ liệu thanh toán
QBIS không lưu thông tin thẻ. Giao dịch được xử lý qua cổng thanh toán bên thứ ba đạt chuẩn PCI-DSS.
2.5. Bằng chứng đồng ý
Khi bạn đăng ký dùng thử, QBIS lưu thời điểm đồng ý, địa chỉ IP, trình duyệt, phiên bản chính sách và lựa chọn nhận thông tin quảng cáo, để chứng minh sự đồng ý theo quy định.
3. Dữ liệu từ Facebook (Meta) khi kết nối Facebook Page
Khi quản trị viên Page đăng nhập bằng Facebook Login và đồng ý cấp quyền, QBIS chỉ truy cập những dữ liệu cần thiết để nhận và trả lời tin nhắn Messenger gửi tới Page. Người dùng có thể bỏ chọn quyền hoặc Page bất kỳ trong hộp thoại cấp quyền của Facebook.

Mã truy cập Page (Page Access Token) được mã hóa AES-256 khi lưu trữ và chỉ dùng để gọi API của Meta thay mặt Page đã kết nối.
4. Cam kết đối với dữ liệu từ Meta
- Chỉ dùng dữ liệu từ Meta để cung cấp các tính năng mô tả ở mục 3 cho chính doanh nghiệp đã kết nối Page.
- Không bán, cho thuê, cấp phép hay chia sẻ dữ liệu từ Meta cho mạng quảng cáo, nhà môi giới dữ liệu hoặc bên thứ ba vì mục đích thương mại.
- Không dùng dữ liệu từ Meta để nhắm mục tiêu quảng cáo, lập hồ sơ theo dõi, phân biệt đối xử, hoặc đánh giá tính đủ điều kiện (tín dụng, việc làm, nhà ở, bảo hiểm).
- Không dùng dữ liệu từ Meta để huấn luyện mô hình trí tuệ nhân tạo dùng chung.
- Tuân thủ Điều khoản Nền tảng Meta, Chính sách dành cho nhà phát triển và chính sách Nền tảng Messenger, bao gồm quy tắc khung 24 giờ: QBIS chỉ gửi tin trả lời trong vòng 24 giờ kể từ tin nhắn cuối của khách và không gửi tin theo mẫu hay thẻ tin nhắn ngoài khung này.
5. Căn cứ pháp lý, mục đích và cơ sở xử lý
QBIS xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân theo pháp luật Việt Nam, gồm: Luật Bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân năm 2025 và các văn bản hướng dẫn; Luật An ninh mạng năm 2018; Luật Giao dịch điện tử năm 2023; Luật Bảo vệ quyền lợi người tiêu dùng năm 2023; Nghị định 91/2020/NĐ-CP về chống tin nhắn rác, thư điện tử rác, cuộc gọi rác; và các quy định về thương mại điện tử.
- Sự đồng ý của bạn: đánh dấu ô đồng ý khi đăng ký, để tạo tài khoản, gửi mã xác thực và hỗ trợ sử dụng. Đồng ý nhận thông tin quảng cáo là lựa chọn riêng, không bắt buộc.
- Thực hiện hợp đồng: cung cấp, vận hành, hỗ trợ dịch vụ và xử lý dữ liệu kinh doanh theo yêu cầu của doanh nghiệp khách hàng.
- Bảo đảm an toàn hệ thống: bảo mật, phòng chống gian lận và truy cập trái phép, thống kê đã ẩn danh để cải thiện dịch vụ.
- Nghĩa vụ pháp lý: lưu chứng từ kế toán, thuế; phản hồi yêu cầu hợp lệ của cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền.
- Quảng cáo: QBIS chỉ gửi email, SMS, tin Zalo hoặc gọi điện giới thiệu sản phẩm khi bạn đã đồng ý nhận. Mỗi tin quảng cáo đều có cách từ chối nhận, hoặc gửi yêu cầu dừng tới info@qbis.vn; việc từ chối không ảnh hưởng đến tài khoản đang dùng.
6. Chia sẻ dữ liệu
QBIS không bán hay cho thuê dữ liệu. Dữ liệu chỉ được chia sẻ với: nhà cung cấp hạ tầng (máy chủ, lưu trữ, gửi email) theo hợp đồng bảo mật và chỉ để vận hành dịch vụ; cơ quan nhà nước khi có yêu cầu hợp lệ theo pháp luật; hoặc bên tiếp nhận trong trường hợp sáp nhập, mua bán doanh nghiệp (người dùng được thông báo trước).
Dữ liệu được lưu trữ trên máy chủ đặt tại Việt Nam. Khi cần dùng dịch vụ của nhà cung cấp có máy chủ ở nước ngoài (ví dụ gửi email, nhắn tin), QBIS chỉ chuyển phần dữ liệu tối thiểu cần thiết, ràng buộc bằng hợp đồng bảo vệ dữ liệu và thực hiện thủ tục chuyển dữ liệu cá nhân ra nước ngoài theo quy định.
7. Bảo mật
Kết nối HTTPS/TLS 1.2 trở lên; mật khẩu băm bằng bcrypt; mã truy cập và khóa bí mật mã hóa AES-256; phân quyền theo vai trò; sao lưu hằng ngày ở nhiều vị trí; giám sát 24/7 và rà soát bảo mật định kỳ. Khi xảy ra sự cố rò rỉ dữ liệu, chúng tôi thông báo cho người dùng bị ảnh hưởng trong vòng 72 giờ kể từ khi phát hiện.
Không hệ thống nào an toàn tuyệt đối. Rủi ro có thể xảy ra gồm lộ mật khẩu, truy cập trái phép hoặc gián đoạn dịch vụ, khi đó dữ liệu có thể bị xem, sửa hoặc mất. Bạn nên dùng mật khẩu mạnh, không chia sẻ tài khoản và báo ngay cho QBIS khi thấy dấu hiệu bất thường.
8. Thời gian lưu trữ
- Dữ liệu tài khoản và kinh doanh: trong thời gian sử dụng dịch vụ; xóa trong vòng 30 ngày sau khi tài khoản bị xóa.
- Dữ liệu từ Facebook: mã truy cập bị xóa ngay khi ngắt kết nối Page; tin nhắn và dữ liệu Page đã đồng bộ bị xóa trong vòng 30 ngày.
- Bản sao lưu: tự động ghi đè và xóa trong vòng 90 ngày.
- Hóa đơn, chứng từ tài chính: tối đa 5 năm theo quy định kế toán.
- Nhật ký truy cập bảo mật: tối đa 12 tháng.
9. Quyền của bạn và cách yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu
Theo Luật Bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân, bạn có quyền: được biết về việc xử lý dữ liệu; đồng ý hoặc không đồng ý; rút lại sự đồng ý; xem, chỉnh sửa và yêu cầu cung cấp bản sao dữ liệu; yêu cầu xóa, hạn chế xử lý; phản đối việc xử lý dữ liệu cho mục đích quảng cáo; khiếu nại, tố cáo, khởi kiện và yêu cầu bồi thường thiệt hại theo quy định. Việc rút lại sự đồng ý không làm mất hiệu lực của việc xử lý đã thực hiện trước đó.
Bạn có thể yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu bằng một trong các cách sau:
- Trong QBIS: Cài đặt → Tích hợp → Facebook → Ngắt kết nối, hoặc Cài đặt → Tài khoản → Xóa tài khoản.
- Trên Facebook: Cài đặt và quyền riêng tư → Cài đặt → Ứng dụng và trang web, chọn QBIS và bấm Gỡ.
- Gửi email tới info@qbis.vn.

Nếu chưa hài lòng với cách QBIS giải quyết, bạn có thể gửi phản ánh tới cơ quan chuyên trách bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân thuộc Bộ Công an (Cục An ninh mạng và phòng, chống tội phạm sử dụng công nghệ cao).
10. Cookie
QBIS dùng cookie thiết yếu (không thể tắt), cookie chức năng và cookie phân tích (có thể tắt trong cài đặt tài khoản). QBIS không dùng cookie quảng cáo hay theo dõi chéo trang.
11. Trẻ em
Dịch vụ dành cho doanh nghiệp và người từ 18 tuổi trở lên. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của người dưới 18 tuổi.
12. Thay đổi chính sách
Khi có thay đổi quan trọng, chúng tôi thông báo qua email hoặc trong ứng dụng ít nhất 15 ngày trước khi áp dụng. Ngày hiệu lực ở đầu trang luôn là phiên bản mới nhất.

1. Who we are
QBIS.VN ("QBIS", "we") is a business-management SaaS platform for small and medium businesses in Vietnam, including SPOS, STOUR, SSALE, HRM and an omnichannel chat inbox integrated with Facebook Messenger. QBIS is the data controller for account data and acts as a data processor on behalf of business customers for the business data they put into the platform. Under Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Law, QBIS is both controller and processor for account, trial sign-up and technical data; for business data, the business customer is the controller and QBIS processes it under contract.

2. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone number, company details, password (stored only as a hash).
- Business data entered by customers: customers, orders, inventory, staff and other operational records.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device, pages viewed and security access logs.
- Payment data: QBIS does not store card details; payments are processed by a PCI-DSS certified third-party gateway.
- Consent records: when you sign up for a trial we store the time of consent, IP address, browser, policy version and your marketing choice, so we can demonstrate consent as the law requires.
3. Data from Facebook (Meta) when you connect a Facebook Page
When a Page admin logs in with Facebook Login and grants permissions, QBIS accesses only the data needed to receive and reply to Messenger messages sent to the Page. Users can deselect any permission or Page in Facebook's permission dialog.

Page Access Tokens are encrypted with AES-256 at rest and used only to call Meta APIs on behalf of the connected Page.
4. Our commitments for Meta Platform Data
- We use data from Meta only to provide the features in section 3 to the business that connected the Page.
- We do not sell, rent, license or share Meta data with ad networks, data brokers or any third party for commercial purposes.
- We do not use Meta data for ad targeting, surveillance, profiling, discrimination or eligibility decisions (credit, employment, housing, insurance).
- We do not use Meta data to train general-purpose AI models.
- We comply with the Meta Platform Terms, Developer Policies and Messenger Platform policies, including the 24-hour standard messaging window: QBIS only sends replies within 24 hours of the customer's last message and does not send template or tagged messages outside that window.
5. Legal framework, purposes and bases
QBIS processes personal data under Vietnamese law, including the Personal Data Protection Law 2025 and its implementing regulations, the Cybersecurity Law 2018, the Law on Electronic Transactions 2023, the Law on Consumer Rights Protection 2023, Decree 91/2020/ND-CP on spam messages, emails and calls, and the e-commerce regulations.
- Your consent: given by ticking the consent box at sign-up, to create your account, send the verification code and support you. Consent to marketing is a separate, optional choice.
- Contract: to provide, operate and support the service, and to process business data as instructed by the business customer.
- System security: security, prevention of fraud and unauthorised access, and anonymized analytics to improve the service.
- Legal obligations: accounting and tax records, and valid requests from competent authorities.
- Marketing: we send product emails, SMS, Zalo messages or calls only if you opted in. Every marketing message lets you opt out, or you can email info@qbis.vn; opting out does not affect your account.
6. Sharing
We do not sell or rent data. We share it only with infrastructure providers (hosting, storage, email delivery) under confidentiality agreements and solely to run the service; with authorities when legally required; or with a successor in a merger or acquisition, with prior notice to users.
Data is stored on servers located in Vietnam. Where we use a provider with servers abroad (for example email or messaging delivery), we transfer only the minimum data needed, bind the provider by a data protection agreement and complete the cross-border transfer procedures required by law.
7. Security
HTTPS/TLS 1.2+; bcrypt password hashing; AES-256 encryption of tokens and secret keys; role-based access control; daily multi-location backups; 24/7 monitoring and periodic security reviews. If a data breach occurs, we notify affected users within 72 hours of discovery.
No system is perfectly secure. Possible risks include leaked passwords, unauthorised access or service interruption, in which case data could be viewed, altered or lost. Use a strong password, do not share your account, and tell QBIS straight away if you notice anything unusual.
8. Retention
- Account and business data: while the service is in use; deleted within 30 days after account deletion.
- Facebook data: access tokens are deleted immediately when a Page is disconnected; synced messages and Page data are deleted within 30 days.
- Backups: overwritten and deleted within 90 days.
- Invoices and financial records: up to 5 years as required by accounting law.
- Security access logs: up to 12 months.
9. Your rights and how to request data deletion
Under Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Law you have the right to be informed about processing; to give or refuse consent; to withdraw consent; to view, correct and obtain a copy of your data; to request deletion or restriction of processing; to object to processing for marketing; and to complain, file a claim and seek compensation as provided by law. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.
To request deletion:
- In QBIS: Settings → Integrations → Facebook → Disconnect, or Settings → Account → Delete account.
- On Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, select QBIS and click Remove.

10. Cookies
We use essential cookies (cannot be disabled), functional cookies and analytics cookies (can be turned off in account settings). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
11. Children
The service is intended for businesses and people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
12. Changes
We will notify you of material changes by email or in the app at least 15 days before they take effect. The effective date at the top always reflects the latest version.
